About the Author
From Chestertown, Maryland, Ervin L. Christy’s stories dangerously travel the brink of reality as he utilizes his imagination drowned out by experiences that suck readers deep into his novels. He’s careful about not writing the cliché of unrealistic glory stories and focuses on the struggles that hit close to home for some, yet are still relatable to any curious reader. Instead of an all-out glorification of a culture unknowingly under siege, he’s a breath of fresh air to the so-called “Urban Fiction” genre, giving in-depth glimpses of reality whether it’s his erotic romance series: “L.O.V.E.” or through his numerous street novels. The author is currently incarcerated in Pennsylvania. While jailed in the lopsided system of modern-day slavery no doubt, it’s where he began writing as an outlet. Please support this new author by lending him your attention, giving feedback, leaving reviews, following him on social media, and praying for his release.

Loyal: The Series
“No one acts on the concept, they simply misuse the word. These perpetrators can’t manage remaining loyal to their own principles, and being loyal to another is another ‘lane’, a rarity which takes a special mentality. It’s when you love your counterpart to an extent that you’ll covertly kill their enemies to avoid the hurt of losing this comrade of yours while being concerned with their honor as if it’s yours; filling the shoes that which your companion chose but couldn’t quite fit, sacrificing your last, down for dying alongside a friend as opposed to turning your back.”
L. O. V. E.
This novel travels beneath the surface to the core of a seemingly controlled love-triangle to highlight the snowball effect of compounded bad decisions. It’s a uniquely written story of men with a woman’s narrative that gives the readers an engaging perspective as day-ones divide. The intriguing erotica will keep the readers in lust as they breeze through the pages…
Never Abandon Our Principles
“Bad hand, Bad position;
Bad plans, Bad decisions/
Bad circumstances from the beginning
makes it like life’s not worth living/
Bad guidance from misled people
leaves the dwellers of the concrete jungle enticed by evil,
some drowning, settling to survive and maintain.
Others drowning in their desires for monetary gain/
And temporary winners only win to lose it all the same.”
A SHATTERED MIRROR:
With a circle of words from around a bush the least bit of thoroughness will make it easy to relate to and be captivated by this touchy read. Perceiving the true notions reeking from these pages will definitely leave a vivid vision and permanent stain on your mental to ponder upon. This ‘one shot read’ becomes a theatre from the first to the final page. How much neglect emotionally and physically can a child endure before reaching puberty? Betrayal, deceit, and rejection from loved ones mixed with the misfortunes of poverty shape a distinctly unique character. Quite often lack of love and attention may drive a youth to committing suicide and extreme hopelessness and poverty may drive a youth to committing a homicide while losing touch with natural humanly morals. Joshua is living amongst termites in a wooden house inducing every right move to end up being wrong from lack of a sufficient foundation. The first person introspection of Joshua Waters turns his stomach evaluating his reflection while piecing together a lifelong broken mirror searching for truth to only realize and witness a rat standing taller than the unfortunate one he told on. The series of events will leave you sympathizing with the seemingly bad guy.
WARM ATTACHMENT RENDERED WORTHLESS:
The commonly expected principles that generally come with family ties induce vulnerabilities. Outside of the family ties there’s the strong affection called “love” which causes confusion: leaving most people overly optimistic concerning their companion’s true character. Some good conversation and great sex can stir up a major case of naivete. Going half on a “new life” usually solidifies even a half-hearted bond causing both parties to become too accepting, relaxing their normal critique.
GOOD BROTHA
“Fast paced” is an understatement for a first person five month look at Sadeeq’s life. Romance, drama, thrills, and suspense will make it impossible to put this work down as he attempts following a religion that eats away at his conscience while indulging into the worldly expenditures that are only a mirage. Preoccupied with worldly gain and being violent in his love for wealth, he digs a deep hole in quicksand.
Letter from the author:
As an independent author new to the marketing and promotion business, I am humbly reaching out for assistance because of your influential position and experience. The gratitude will be immense and never forgotten for even a review, a reference, some advice or guidance and a professional opinion. My team and publishing company consists of my family and we don’t know where to begin with marketing, not to mention I’m currently incarcerated in the state of Pennsylvania.
However, I’ve previously written 2 Romance/Erotica novels and 14 very realistic and touchy urban street novels that are unique and stand alone in our genre. I’m convinced there are millions to be made if only the right break presents itself. I have ideas for days and enjoy writing; the drive and ambition are strong, I just need a strong mind keen to this game to perhaps invest in a young black author.
Very Respectfully,
Ervin L. Christy
